How I lost 70 pounds and kept it off, cont.

So much excitement at my house yesterday. The book arrived! I can't tell you how exciting it was to see it and hold it in my hands. It was pretty extraordinary. I was lucky enough to have my very dearest friend Peg visiting from Colorado so she was here for the unavailing, along with my husband Lyric who took the picture. I can't tell you how thrilled I was.
